September 17th, 2020 marks the third anniversary of Next 360, a significant milestone. This is a particularly gratifying achievement, as growing from start-up to scale-up is no easy task. Strategic growth is a long journey and even though the road is filled with lots of fun and excitement, it also has an abundance of challenges to overcome.
As the Next360 COO – Global Operations, I am humbled and honoured to be part of such a young, energetic and enthusiastic team. We did the research, grew with passion and achieved many firsts in the last three years. To name a few, we have managed the launch of mobile Networks in 31 countries spanning three continents, the launch in the South African domestic market and we have set up robust distribution channels in India. I feel extremely proud of this talented and dedicated team. Together we are continuously committed to putting our customers first and demonstrating our corporate values – Fun, Empathy, Exceptionalism, Transparency, Authenticity, and Generosity (F.E.E.T.A.G) – in all our actions, day in and day out.
The last three years have taught us many valuable lessons and I think for us at Next360, it comes down to two things: First, Dream Big! But more importantly, turn these dreams into specific goals and actionable strategies. Second, in whatever we do, either we succeed or we learn, we continue to demonstrate the power of passion and perseverance – complete accountability and not partial effort, as propagated and practiced by Jignesh all the time, even during the most difficult days of a pandemic that has played havoc in all our lives.
We express our sincere gratitude to all our valued customers for having reposed immense trust in us and we commit to working tirelessly to continue to deserve it. We also recognize with humility the importance of establishing collaborative partnerships that bring extraordinary value to both Next 360 and our customers. We sincerely thank all our channel partners and stakeholders for their commitment, expertise, and skills in helping us serve our customers seamlessly across the continents which has helped immensely with our strategic growth.
We won’t stop looking for new opportunities and the process of continuous evolution, with our vision to ‘Make it Simple,’ will always remain part of what we are. 3 years is a significant achievement that is certainly worth the celebration, but it also calls for forward-thinking because, without question, our greatest accomplishments still lie ahead of us.
Last but not the least, it’s a time of great stress and uncertainty around the world. Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones. I know that we are going to get through this soon, together!!
